TATA Power-DDL has been recognised amongst India’s Best Workplaces for Women 2019 and ranked amongst Top 75 organisations on the list Great Place to Work, India.
The criteria for identification for the same comprised of the experience of women employees, people practices specific for women employees in the organisation and feedback of both male and female employees in the organisation.
More than 747 organizations were evaluated to identify organizations that have successfully created a workplace environment where women experience parity with their other colleagues. After a rigorous assessment, the Top 75 organizations have been identified as ‘India’s Best Workplaces for Women 2019’.
Earlier this year, Tata Power Delhi Distribution had been ranked 4th in ‘India’s Best Company to Work For 2019’ survey by the Great Places to Work Institute. The award bears testimony to company’s commitment to enhance professional growth of its employees by setting new standards in the company’s work culture. It also highlights Tata Power-DDL’s efforts towards employee-friendly human resource policies and high engagement initiatives to enhance productivity and cultivate a harmonious and caring work environment where each employee creates an impact.
